The Ringleader is the first episode of Survivor: The Maryland Outback.

A new game of Survivor at the University of Maryland kicks off in style, as the 20 players find out their tribes and fight in a gruesome battle for immunity.

Steal The Bacon - There is a bike tire in the center of a marked off field. The tribe members will rank themselves in terms of strength. Then, by random selection, the numbers will be called out and they will have to face off against each other. On the host's start, the selected players will run to the bike tire and attempt to drag it to their side. The tribe who gets the bike tire across the line will score a point. First tribe to 7 will win.

I didn't think it would come across this quickly. I thought we had an alliance. I thought Chandler - you had an alliance with me. Thanks for nothing. Holly, I don't know if I was trusting you. I don't know who the two that - I know I voted for Siona and I don't know who the other one was. But, whoever didn't, I'm not happy and I do hate you guys. And you know that and that will 100% definitely continue - and Josh, I can't believe you, uh, really stuck with your ringleader there! Cause Chris has you all wrapped around his little fucking finger. Ooh, sorry, wrapped around his finger.	”
